1. All Ultrasound Transducers we offer are compatible new / generic or original new or original used, please contact us to confirm what conditions you need
2. Compatible new / generic ultrasound transducers with 12 months warranty as well as the original new, original used transducers with 90 days warranty
3. The photos of original ultrasound transducers probably are not same as the one we will send, because there are many different serial numbers of ultrasound transducers changed, please contact us to confirm the photos, serial number, and condition before payment
4. The photos of compatible new / generic ultrasound transducers are the same as the ones we send, please contact us to confirm if you want the test images or videos, we will try our best to offer them before you confirm the purchase.
5. Different Ultrasound Transducers may work with the same machines or same ultrasound transducers may work with different machines. Please contact us to confirm what ultrasound devices you use before payment, if we need more and further information about the machines, please let us know more details immediately
6. Unit Price may vary due to the market demand or price or the manufacture date or the appearance or work condition, please contact us to confirm the price and warranty

Return & Refund & Replacement Policy
When you receive the transducer, please check and test it within 2 working days and give us the feedback.
We accept the return , refund , exchange as the following situation happened:
1. We send the wrong transducer model number
2 . After the transducer received and tested , and you found it doesn't have good work performance such as bad images , incompatibility , damaged cover or scan head or cable
3. The transducer doesn't have good work performance suddenly when you use within warranty period, please send us the images photos or videos to confirm the problems caused by us.
We can't accept the return , refund , exchange as the following situation happened:
1. The transducer doesn't have good work performance suddenly when you use within warranty period, please send us the images photos or videos to confirm the problems caused by you. The problems are probably your machine faulty, inappropriate or violent use, repaired by others but failed
2. The warranty is expired
3. You don't provide the more details for the bad transducers according to our requests or you tell us a lie and don't let us know the truth.
4. Put our serial number on your old broken transducers to pretend it is our transducers and then ask us for a refund or return or exchange
We have professional engineers who can confirm the problems from the photos or videos , and we will tell you the reason and both parties should communicate in advance friendly and peacefully when the transducers problems happened before return , refund , or exchange.
Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Ways : We will delivery it by DHL / UPS / FEDEX, which courier we will use it depends on the different countries or regions
2. Lead Time : Generally, it will take about 5 days from the China to Canada , USA , Europe Countries by UPS/DHL , it will take about 7-10 days from the China to the Latin America Countries like Peru, Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Honduras, Mexico etc . And it will take about 3-5 days from China to Asia Countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia etc
3. Tracking number: We will offer the tracking number when we have it within 3 days.
4. Delivery When returned: You need to follow our instructions by email or WhatsApp when you return , because it will be easier for us to finish the custom clearance.
5. Custom Clearance: Basically, we will pay the shipping fee from the China to your destination and you will pay the taxes for the custom clearance. And you will pay the shipping fee when return and we will pay the taxes for the custom clearance. When you have the DHL/UPS/FEDEX informed by email, please finish the custom clearance in time ,if it delayed or returned to us , it will be on your duty , please notice it .
6. Invoice: Please inform us in advance if you have any special requirements for the invoice like the description , declared value , purpose etc. And we will send the invoice for your reference, once get your permission, we will delivery it as your requested .
7. Force Majeure: Shipping may be delayed or cancelled due to the rain, snow, sandstorms, tornadoes, typhoons, earthquakes and wars. We will notify you in time and give you a solution, and please keep enough patience to wait.
